Fulfillment News
Keep an eye on your email: Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers will be sent in an email from BackerKit to the email on file. (For US orders: You may receive an email from ShipStation about 3-4 days before the BackerKit notification, depending on what day your order ships.)

EU Fulfillment (includes Ukraine)
The remaining items are working on making their way across the ocean. The shipment is currently expected to arrive at port in early-August. (I've heard some of you may like to track it, for now, it is on a Shipping Container Vessel named "MUMBAI MAERSK" - Kellie)

UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment
The items are working on making their way across the ocean, and we have been given an updated rough estimate of arrival of August 18 to our UK fulfillment center. The remaining items are working on making their way across the ocean. The pallet coming from the US that contains the Free D20s and some of the other items is at customs! Once that arrives, we can have the remaining book-only orders shipped out. The other shipment (coming directly from our printer) is currently expected to arrive at port in late-July.

EU Fulfillment (includes Ukraine)
The remaining items are working on making their way across the ocean. The items need to be shipped a certain way for VAT and customs processing, so we are working with our fulfillment partners to make this as seamless as possible. We have two different shipments headed to our fulfillment center in Germany right now. The pallet coming from the US that contains the Free D20s and some of the other items is currently set to arrive July 11. Once that arrives, we can have the remaining book-only orders shipped out. The other shipment (coming directly from our printer) is currently expected to arrive in late-July.

We have reached out to them for an update on the expected delivery and product check-in timeline, and we will provide the timeline in an update to the project as soon as we receive it. Now that Book-Only orders are complete, save for the orders with the Free D20s, fulfillment is on hold while we await the other items' arrival. (Note: This is regarding Kickstarter orders, not BackerKit pre-orders. Pre-orders will be shipped out once Kickstarter fulfillment is complete.)
The remaining items are working on making their way across the ocean.
