Dear Backers and Adventurers,
We are thrilled to announce some amazing updates this week! We have received some fun new items and want to share them with you.
🎲 Test Playmat Arrived 🎲
This week, we received the first test playmat! However, as with any creative project, unexpected challenges arise. Regrettably, the initial batch had a slight misprint on the tube packaging.
But, no need to worry. Test products give us the opportunity to edit until we reach perfection (in our eyes at least). Our design team is already back to the drawing board. As with anything Obojima, we are dedicated to creating the best possible experience, even our product packaging.
The good news is the playmat looks amazing!!
📝 Playtest Feedback Survey Coming Soon 📝
With each playtest release, we're eager to gather your thoughts. Next week, we'll be releasing a playtest feedback survey on our update and in our Discord channel. Your feedback will play a crucial role in fine-tuning the gaming experience and making Obojima the best it can be. Join our Discord and stay tuned for the link to drop!

Fall has arrived in Portland, and with it, we have several updates to share. From new creations to upcoming samples, we have a wide variety of topics to cover, so let's get started!
⭐ A Legendary Team ⭐
Our 3D sculptor, the artist behind some of 1985 Games' past miniature collections, is currently crafting the STLs for Obojima. These digital sculptures will be nothing short of legendary.
Behind the scenes, not one, not two, but three graphic designers are hard at work on various elements of the project. From packaging to book layouts, these creative minds are sure to create some amazing pieces. Perhaps, we could share some with you in the near future...

Our writers and artists are working hard on creating the Obojima we all fell in love with. Prepare to take your imagination on a wild ride as we continue to share fragments of their words with you!

We knew we needed a team of extraordinary professionals who not only share our passion but also possess the talent required to bring this magical realm to life.
After extensive delving into the creative ether and engaging in many enthusiastic discussions (and some inspiring yet questionable brainchildren), we are over the moon to expand our dream team! 🌠

Our artist team expands as we welcome The Salamander King to the team! Their art brings a whole new meaning to the whole "looks like they could kill you but is actually a cinnamon roll" chart. Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself!

While one picture is worth a thousand words, the art of Obojima can only get us so far. In order to truly bring the island of Obojima to you, we needed to invite some talented artists to the team. With official Wizards of the Coast 5e works, such as "Candlekeep Mysteries," "Baldur’s Gate: Descent into Avernus," and "The Wild Beyond the Witchlight," these two talented writers are sure to help us produce an amazing book!
