Today we've got some updated fulfillment numbers and a new podcast episode. Let's jump into it.
Fulfillment News/Numbers
EU (includes Ukraine & Israel) Fulfillment (1742/1768 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
As mentioned in previous updates, the European Union Fulfillment Center is a bit short on inventory to complete fulfillment, as we added the orders for Israel to their system, but the items have just cleared customs in Leipzig and should arrive at our fulfillment center shortly. As soon as they are checked in, our fulfillment center will be able to complete the remaining orders.
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (4530/4530 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
UK and Rest of World Fulfillment is 100% complete! If you have any issues with your order, please email us at [email protected] or send us a Kickstarter DM, and we would be happy to get that resolved for you.
The orders are shipping from Hampshire, UK, and are generally shipped DHL, Landmark, or Evri.
Australia (includes New Zealand) Fulfillment (791/791 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Australia & New Zealand Fulfillment is 100% complete! If you have any issues with your order, please email us at [email protected] or send us a Kickstarter DM, and we would be happy to get that resolved for you.
The orders are shipping from New South Wales, Australia, and are generally shipped Aus Post.
US Fulfillment (13765/14430 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The United States Fulfillment Center has about 665 more orders to complete, which we expect to be done any day now! We have meetings with them every week to discuss fulfillment and the process. If you are still awaiting tracking, you should receive an email with tracking information from ShipStation once your order has shipped, and a follow up from BackerKit a bit later on!
The orders are shipping from Kentucky, United States, and are generally shipped USPS or UPS.
**We can no longer update shipping addresses with our fulfillment center. The addresses are finalized and in their system for fulfillment at this point. With USPS, they're pretty good with address forwarding, with UPS, you can reach out to UPS to change the destination once it has shipped.**

Fulfillment News/Numbers
EU (includes Ukraine & Israel) Fulfillment (1736/1768 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The European Union Fulfillment Center is better equipped to ship to Israel at the moment, so we have shifted fulfillment of these orders from our UK fulfillment center to our EU fulfillment center. That means they are a bit short on inventory to complete fulfillment, but we are currently working on shifting inventory between the UK and EU! Once the inventory is checked in, we will be able to have the remaining orders fulfilled.
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (4529/4530 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our UK Fulfillment Center handles shipping for the UK, most of non-EU Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Oceania (other than Australia & New Zealand).
The team in the UK has nearly completed fulfillment. They are one order away from being fully complete, as there was an issue with the order that we are working on getting resolved.
As mentioned in last weeks update: Orders from Israel are now being shipped from the EU, please see above section for this weeks update. If you are in Brazil and Mexico, please make sure you keep an eye on your tracking info, and have Tax information ready, otherwise it will likely be returned to us.

Our Australian fulfillment center has nearly fully completed fulfillment. We have followed up with the fulfillment center, and it seems they were short a few Playmats to complete the orders due to some damaged stock from shipping. We have shipped them additional Playmats from the US, and those three remaining orders will ship as soon as that stock arrives!

The United States Fulfillment Center has about 1800 more orders to complete. We have meetings with them every week to discuss fulfillment and the process. Fulfillment News/Numbers
EU (includes Ukraine) Fulfillment (1726/1740 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The European Union Fulfillment Center is nearly complete with fulfillment, they now have 14 orders left to fulfill! If you have not yet received tracking information, we would expect you to receive it soon!
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (4498/4558 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our UK Fulfillment Center handles shipping for the UK, non-EU Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Oceania (other than Australia & New Zealand).
The team in the UK has nearly completed fulfillment.
They have informed us that they are having some issues with the current state of shipping to Israel, and they are unable to get better rates from their shipping partners (it is currently nearly £80 to ship just a book). We are looking into, instead, fulfilling from our EU fulfillment center. We are working on getting rates from them now. We will keep you updated as this progresses. Your orders will likely be moved to the EU portion of our weekly updates next week.
The center has resumed shipping to Mexico and Brazil after reassessing with customs. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking information, as it is helpful when the receiver knows when to expect the parcel at customs.
