Today we've got some updated fulfillment numbers and a new podcast episode. Let's jump into it.
Fulfillment News/Numbers
EU (includes Ukraine) Fulfillment (1657/1740 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The European Union Fulfillment Center is steadily chugging along with fulfillment. They now have under 100 orders left to fulfill! If you have not yet received tracking information, we would expect you to receive it within the next week or so.
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (4493/4558 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our UK Fulfillment Center handles shipping for the UK, non-EU Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Oceania (other than Australia & New Zealand).
The team in the UK has nearly completed fulfillment. They have informed us that they are having some issues with the current state of shipping to Israel, they are working on getting better information from their shipping partners. If that is unsuccessful, we are also looking into the possibility of shipping from our EU fulfillment center in Germany. We will keep you updated as this progresses.
The center has also reached out to us to let us know that several of the orders that they have shipped to Brazil and Mexico for us previously have been returned to them by customs, so they are taking a moment before shipping more orders out to reassess how they are shipping them and see if they can mitigate this issue.
The orders are shipping from Hampshire, UK, and are generally shipped DHL, Landmark, or Evri.
Australia (includes New Zealand) Fulfillment (788/791 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our Australian fulfillment center has nearly fully completed fulfillment. The three remaining orders should be shipped out very soon! We are following up with the fulfillment center to see why these have not gone out yet, but it should be resolved ASAP.
The orders are shipping from New South Wales, Australia, and are generally shipped Aus Post.
US Fulfillment (10289/14430 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The United States Fulfillment Center is moving along with fulfillment. As you can see above, they have about 4100 more orders to complete. We have meetings with them every week to discuss fulfillment and the process.
The orders are shipping from Kentucky, United States, and are generally shipped USPS or UPS.
**We can no longer update shipping addresses with our fulfillment center. The addresses are finalized and in their system for fulfillment at this point. With USPS, they're pretty good with address forwarding, with UPS, you can reach out to UPS to change the destination once it has shipped.**
Canadian Fulfillment (1018/1020 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The Canadian Fulfillment Center is so close to being done with fulfillment! According to their system, the remaining orders have been picked and packed, they just need to be checked and shipped. If you are one of the two people remaining, we would expect you to receive tracking early next week.
The orders are shipping from British Columbia, Canada, and are generally shipped FedEx, Canada Post, or Fleet Optics.
877 Backers Cancelled or Unconfirmed
This is just to show the number of orders adding up to the number of backers on the project. These are how many folks have either cancelled, not completed the survey, or their card payments failed.

Fulfillment News/Numbers
EU (includes Ukraine) Fulfillment (1517/1740 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The European Union Fulfillment Center is steadily chugging along with fulfillment. As you can see above, they have about 200 more orders to complete. They have shipped about 500 orders in the last week!
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (3753/4557 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our UK Fulfillment Center handles shipping for the UK, non-EU Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Oceania (other than Australia & New Zealand).
They have not shipped many more orders this week, as they are working on picking and prepping orders while they confirm addresses with the remaining customers, per our request. The orders are shipping from Hampshire, UK, and are generally shipped DHL, Landmark, or Evri.
Australia (includes New Zealand) Fulfillment (693/791 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
Our Australian Fulfillment Center has resumed shipping Obojima, and should be complete with fulfillment by the end of next week if all goes well!
The orders are shipping from New South Wales, Australia, and are generally shipped Aus Post.
US Fulfillment (9013/14427 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The United States Fulfillment Center is moving along with fulfillment. As you can see above, they have about 5400 more orders to complete. We have meetings with them every week to discuss fulfillment and the process.
The orders are shipping from Kentucky, United States, and are generally shipped USPS or UPS.
We can no longer update shipping addresses with our fulfillment center. The addresses are finalized and in their system for fulfillment at this point.
Canadian Fulfillment (995/1020 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The Canadian Fulfillment Center is nearly complete with orders; as you can see above, there are about 25 orders left to fulfill.
As mentioned in the last update, the fulfillment center ended up a couple of items short on a few orders, due to losses of product during shipping and late-finalized Kickstarter orders, and a pallet has been sent to them from the US with the remaining items needed to complete the last orders. The pallet arrived as expected, and has been sorted. Many orders are in the "picking" stage, and should move to shipped within the next few business days. Additionally, any orders with errors who have reached out to us should have the corrected items sent out within the next week or so!

Fulfillment News
Why aren't backers getting tracking numbers?
Several of our fulfillment centers have started to only send us tracking numbers to upload to BackerKit once a week, as they were getting overwhelmed with the every day, or every other day, updates.
Unfortunately, for example, if they send tracking numbers every Tuesday, but your order ships on Wednesday, that can lead to your order being delivered before you receive a tracking number.
With US orders, you should receive a tracking number directly from ShipStation once our fulfillment center ships your order, as that is the system that they use to ship orders. For the EU, Canada, and UK, I believe their systems have an email alert in place as well. (If any of you have received one of these emails, and could let me know how/if you were notified, that would be helpful!! - Kellie)

What is going on with Amazon/Game Stores/Website orders, etc.?
Amazon We fully understand your frustration and don't disagree that we have made plenty of mistakes on our end. We're trying our best with the team we have to get everyone their packages as quickly as possible. We had a separate stock of items sent to Amazon to put up online, separate from our fulfillment centers. We intended to wait until fulfillment was 100% complete before putting them up for sale, but with fulfillment two-thirds of the way complete, the decision was made to put the items up. We, unfortunately, have to put products on Amazon now in order to get our product listings ready for Q4 (Christmas). It takes a long time for Amazon to get these pages fully set up and ready to advertise, which is why we need to get the listings made now. This is in no way an excuse, and we fully understand your decision not to support us in the future. We just hope this explains our reasoning. We want to stress that this doesn't take away from Kickstarter Fulfillment, as it is a separate inventory of product.
Game Stores Some of you may have seen Obojima in your FLGS! We had a retailer tier for the Kickstarter that has been nearly completed, which is about 45 retailers that have Obojima in their stores around the world. Those would be the items you are seeing!
Website As you know from previous updates, we have struggled with getting our Fulfillment Centers to stop sending out new website orders -- believe us, we are frustrated too. Once we connected our website to their shipping systems, the orders, once placed, automatically come through in their systems, and there's no hold that we can really place on them once in their shipping system, as we don't have access to their systems. We are working on getting this resolved at our various fulfillment centers, but with it taking so long to fix, many of the fulfillment centers are doing both at the same time and are nearly wrapped up with Kickstarter fulfillment anyway.
EU (includes Ukraine) Fulfillment (1056/1740 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The European Union Fulfillment Center is steadily chugging along with fulfillment. As you can see above, they have about 700 more orders to complete.
The orders are shipping from Saxony, Germany, and are generally shipped DHL or UPS.
If you need to update your shipping address at all, please send us a Kickstarter DM or an email at [email protected] and we can attempt to update the address, but they are pretty locked in at this point. To do this, we need to reach out to the fulfillment center and have them change it, but if they don't get to it in time, it will likely ship to the current address on file.
UK (and Rest of World) Fulfillment (3527/4557 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
As noted in our last update, the shipment with the remaining items finally arrived to our United Kingdom Fulfillment Center. They handle shipping for the UK, non-EU Europe, Asia, Mexico, South America, Africa, and Oceania (other than Australia & New Zealand).
They have already begun getting through the remaining orders they have in their queue, with about 1030 to go. The orders are shipping from Hampshire, UK, and are generally shipped DHL, Landmark, or Evri.

Our Australian Fulfillment Center has taken a small break from Obojima to fulfill another project, but with 200 orders left, once they start again, they should be able to wrap it up pretty quickly.
The orders are shipping from New South Wales, Australia, and are generally shipped Aus Post.
US Fulfillment (8340/14427 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The United States Fulfillment Center is moving along with fulfillment. As you can see above, they have about 6000 more orders to complete. We have meetings with them every week to discuss fulfillment and the process.
The orders are shipping from Kentucky, United States, and are generally shipped USPS or UPS.
If you need to update your shipping address at all, please send us a Kickstarter DM or an email at [email protected], and we can attempt to update the address, but they are pretty locked in at this point, especially as our fulfillment center is shipping out quicker. To do this, we need to reach out to the fulfillment center and have them change it, but if they don't get to it in time, it will likely ship to the current address on file.
Canadian Fulfillment (995/1020 Kickstarter Orders Fulfilled)
The Canadian Fulfillment Center is nearly complete with orders; as you can see above, there are about 25 orders left to fulfill.
The fulfillment center ended up a couple of items short on a few orders, due to losses of product during shipping and late-finalized Kickstarter orders, and a pallet has been sent to them from the US with the remaining items needed to complete the last orders. The pallet is expected to arrive on September 22, and fulfillment should be complete for Canada shortly after the pallet arrives.

Can we give Kickstarter Backers something since they've waited so long?
We have. We have given out the 2024 PDF update for free to Kickstarter and pre-order backers with the 2014 PDF on their orders, as well as the Mayhem at the Truffle Festival Free RPG Day PDF to all Kickstarter backers, and we are going to send out the 2025 Free RPG Day PDF as well to all Kickstarter backers when we can.
All of these have been freely given out while we wait for fulfillment to be complete. It is not feasible for us, a small 11-person company, to give out physical items that we don't have to every single backer, so we have tried our best to provide as much digital support as possible as a thank you for supporting the project.
These are not items that are given to everyone for free, just our loyal Kickstarter backers. The 2024 PDF isn't available publicly yet, and the Free RPG Day items are paid items for non-Kickstarter Backers on our website.
A message from Kellie about no update last week and the lack of responses to comments: I have been on a vacation (my first vacation in like 4 years) from September 9-18, and when everyone was upset in the comments while I was gone, our new hire just couldn't keep up. I am working on getting to comments ASAP, but please bear with us, we are real people (with feelings!!), trying our best to answer everyone in a transparent and timely manner. I am also the one coordinating all of the logistics (pallet shipping and having meetings with our fulfillment centers), so the team didn't know specifically where to find the information necessary to write a good update last week, so unfortunately, one didn't get written. I hope that this more detailed one helps put your minds at ease. TL;DR: Commenters have been freaking our new Customer Service agent out, and I didn't explain well enough how to find shipping/fulfillment center updates to the team before I left.
We are learning from our various mistakes, and missteps, with this project and we thank you all for bearing with us and being lovely supporters. We hope you love the world we've created as much as we do.

They have slowed down on our fulfillment currently, as they recently had several pallets delivered for other creators' projects. Their team has been split between our fulfillment and the other folks'.

US Fulfillment
Our fulfillment center has told us that they plan to be complete with fulfillment by early-November. This frustrates us, as we're sure it does all of you, since they have had everything needed to complete fulfillment since mid-July, but at least now we have an expected timeline from them. We have weekly meetings with the team over there to keep them on track, and communicate via email with them nearly every day, and we are doing the best that we can to get them to complete fulfillment ASAP.
They are shipping out orders every day, and you should receive an email from BackerKit with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

The larger shipment has cleared customs in Rotterdam and is en route to our fulfillment center in Germany. Once it arrives, it will be sorted and processed for fulfillment.
A smaller shipment, the one with the free d20s, cassettes, and playmats, has arrived and been processed at our fulfillment center, and our fulfillment center has begun shipping the orders that were missing those items.
