Will there be a pledge manager?
Absolutely! We’re utilizing Backerkit. Within approximately 2-3 weeks after the campaign ends, you will receive an email containing a survey. In the survey, you can provide your address, upgrade your pledge tier, and include additional add-ons.

What currency is used for the tier pricing?
All pricing found on our Kickstarter is calculated in United State Dollars (USD).

When will I be charged?
Once the Kickstarter campaign ends on August 31st, Kickstarter will automatically charge the payment method you selected when you made your pledge. If for any reason the initial payment fails, Kickstarter will make additional attempts to charge your account over the next two weeks.
If, despite the retries, the payment remains unsuccessful, it will be noted as outstanding on Backerkit. But no worries, you’ll have the option to adjust your payment method directly in Backerkit, allowing us to try charging it again from there.
If you’ve chosen a physical reward, please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for covering shipping (view our estimated shipping prices) and any applicable sales tax. The exact amount will vary depending on the items you’ve ordered, your location, and the applicable sales tax rates in your area. Rest assured, Backerkit will automatically calculate your total when it is time for order fulfillment.

Can I change my tier?
Yes! When we send out the Backerkit survey, you’ll be given the opportunity to upgrade your pledge. This upgrade option is available to all backers, irrespective of the tier you’ve chosen. So, you’ll have the flexibility to enhance your experience if you wish. We want to make sure you have the best possible options to enjoy Obojima to the fullest!

Where do I purchase add-ons?
It’s quite straightforward! Once you’ve selected a tier during checkout, you have the option to include add-ons. And don’t worry if you didn’t choose them initially – you can easily add them later by clicking on ‘manage your pledge’ and then ‘change your pledge.’
Furthermore, when we send out our Backerkit surveys, you’ll get another opportunity to increase your pledge and purchase add-ons. There’s no need to be concerned about missing out. We’ve got you covered!

I backed in the first 72 hours; how do I claim my free D20?
We have you covered! You don’t have to worry about anything. Here is what is happening behind the scenes:
You back the project - that’s the first step. Kickstarter records the timestamp of your backing. In Backerkit, we’ll identify all backers who pledged before the 72-hour mark. From that group, we’ll exclude anyone who didn’t back at one of the physical tiers. Now, for those remaining in the group, we’ll include a question in their Backerkit survey. This question will give them the option to choose whether they want the D20. If you decide to say yes to the D20, we’ll happily add it to your order
Rest assured, once the process is complete, you’ll be able to see the D20 in your backer rewards.
Just a quick heads up: if you happen to edit your pledge, no worries! The timestamp won’t change. However, if you cancel your pledge, it will be deleted, and you might miss out on the D20 offer.

What is the status of Dungeon Craft Series 3?
Dungeon Craft Series 3 was successfully funded in July 2021, marking our most recent Dungeon Craft Kickstarter project. Through this journey, we gained valuable insights as we dealt with several unpredictable delays, due to COVID, a mass paper shortage, extreme heat waves, and stikes. However, we’ve learned from these experiences and are well-prepared this time around. Since then we’ve successfully launched and fulfilled two other Kickstarter campaigns
As for the current progress on Dungeon Craft Series 3: - All content has been completed. We’ve already sent all the necessary files to the manufacturer. - The manufacturer has provided updates relating to the shipment of the final copies (check out Dungeon Craft Series 3 update #44), and we’re eagerly awaiting the final copies, which should be in our hands soon. - We’ve successfully produced the necessary add-ons and they are included with the copies of Dungeon Craft Series 3. - Our fulfillment partners are locked in and fully prepared to receive and distribute the products efficiently.
We’re excited about the progress we’ve made so far, and we can’t wait to share Dungeon Craft Series 3 with our backers! Expanding on that, the 1985 Games team currently assigned to this project has completed their tasks for Dungeon Craft Series 3. The fulfillment process for this project will not interfere with the fulfillment of Dungeon Craft Series 3.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
